Having access to the best data sets, crew briefings and journey logging in a fully digital airline would be nothing without the ability to capture and securely store this vital information or in a secure virtual repository that allows each flight overview to be reviewed at any time.

The skybook Record Vault archives every piece of flight information from OFP to briefing pack (including all additional attachments) in order to demonstrate exactly what the crew were provided with ahead of their flight.

Post flight, all journey log data and signatures that have been captured within the EFB application are also sent back to the Record Vault as part of the detailed flight summary.

This data can be directly accessed within skybook or alternatively can be packaged up and sent via API (for example) to other operations systems in order to reduce the need for onward inputting and provide detailed insights into flight and aircraft performance.
