Documentation-as-a-Service (DaaS)

Overview

We distinguish ourselves from other solutions through the Documentation-as-a-Service (DaaS) concept: It’s a fusion of service and software.

Content Concept

Before manuals are converted into modules, some conceptual aspects need to be defined jointly between Yonder and the customer:

  • Roles and filters
  • Structural elements
  • Content structure
  • Approval workflow

Initial Document Conversion

Upon completion of the content concept, manuals are converted into modules and meta-information is added to allow

  • Role-based information distribution, role-based layouts
  • Theme-based documentation
  • Separating content from layout

Documentation-as-a-Service

Updated content is published only after approval of the corresponding changes and revisions by the customer. The revision service contains the following components:

  • Update of the modules in the backend, including relevant links and tags
  • Generation of prioritized revision task lists for users
  • Distribution of updated content from backend to frontend

Software-as-a-Service

Yonder Mind is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, where all necessary components are included in the usage fee. Different customer needs are covered by different editions:

  • Yonder Mind Basic
  • Yonder Mind Standard
  • Yonder Mind Enterprise
