Webinar Overview

Register to view this on-demand webinar (recorded 16th May 2019) for an excellent chance to see a full overview and demo of the powerful and sophisticated suite of integrated Apps from AVIO, designed to optimize flight operations. As you will see during the Webinar, the five Apps seamlessly integrate with each other sharing data and information and provide all key personnel with their own application, specifically adapted to their daily tasks; but airlines and aircraft operators can also design and construct their own system, by selecting the Apps that match their exact requirements, or selecting specific Apps to integrate and enhance their existing platform.

The software demos will follow all phases of a typical flight, and will show how, in combination with AVIO’s on-board connectivity systems, pilots, cabin crew, dispatchers, maintenance engineers and ground staff can work with their dedicated Apps for seamless sharing of live data and information, allowing any staff to quickly access all their critical information with a single tap. The demos will also outline latest developments including in the AvioBook EFB application, live 4D weather with its In-Flight Optimization and Flight Tracking options; plus a look at the new eTechLog (ETL / ELB) module, replacing traditional paper logs with digital versions, and fully integrated with all M&E / MRO software systems. 
 
You will see in-depth demos of each Application following all phases of a typical flight:
 
  1. Pilot Demo – AvioBook end-to-end EFB Solution:
    The demo will showcase AvioBook and its different EFB modules, including: Main, OFP, Briefing, Library, Performance, Weight & Balance, etc. You will also see the latest cutting-edge developments, including live, 4D EFB weather view using Globe module with its In-Flight Optimization and Flight Tracking options; plus the new eTechlog (ETL / ELB) module which replaces traditional paper log books and which is fully integrated with all M&E / MRO Software Solutions.
  2. Cabin Crew Demo – AvioCabin App: 
    Next you will see the AvioCabin App, designed for cabin crews to give them a duty overview of each specific flight with the most up-to-date valuable information, the latest schedule, a briefing section, digital flight manuals with sophisticated text search… With this integrated solution, cabin crew are also able to report a defect using their own eTechlog module.
  3. Maintenance Engineers – AvioTech App and its 3 modules:
    You will see how this application improves the efficiency of maintenance engineers in their everyday duties. As you will see using this connected solution, maintenance staff are able to see all defects reported by pilots or cabin crew in real-time, allowing them to anticipate and deal with unscheduled maintenance as soon as the aircraft lands thereby enabling to reduce the turnaround time.
  4. OCC Staff and Dispatchers – AvioBase Application: 
    For the airline operation centres, OCC staff and dispatchers AVIO showcase AvioBase, a powerful web-based solution allowing users to create, enrich and manage the Electronic Flight Folder (EFF). It also allows users to manage and monitor all data going to the pilots’ EFBs or cabin and ground crew devices, and integrates with the airline’s back-office systems.
  5. Real-Time Airline Communications Platform – AvioConnect: 
    Finally, you will see AvioConnect, AVIO’s communications platform to connect all stakeholders (flight crew, dispatch, maintenance engineers, OCC, and others) and share key information for each specific flight in an integrated and secure way either using a BYOD chat-like App on smartphones or via a web-app. Each specific flight’s information and correspondence has a unique flightroom, with the content controlled by OCC.

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies.  Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration.  There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues.  The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provide an invaluable reference source of MRO software demonstrations from the World’s leading MRO IT Vendors.
