During the Webinar, AvioBook experts will demo the Apps and solutions, simulating all phases of a typical flight:

  1. Pilot Demo: AvioBook Flight – Next-generation EFB Modular App:
    From a pilot’s perspective, you will discover AvioBook Flight and its different modules, including the latest cutting-edge developments in the Globe module: In-Flight Optimization and Live Flight Tracking. You will also see the eTechlog module which replaces traditional paper log books and is fully integrated with any Maintenance Information System (MIS). The demo will also walk you through the new Airports and Skypath modules.
  2. Cabin Crew Demo: AvioBook Cabin App: 
    Next you will see the intuitive AvioBook Cabin application; designed for cabin crews to provide them with the most up-to-date valuable information (latest schedule, briefing section, etc.), review important documents, digitally complete reports, and report a defect in real-time.
  3. Maintenance Crew: AvioBook Tech App:
    Next you will discover how the AvioBook Tech application improves the efficiency of maintenance operators in their everyday duties. As you will see with this connected solution, maintenance staff are able to see all defects reported by pilots or cabin crew in real-time, allowing them to anticipate and deal with unscheduled maintenance as soon as the aircraft lands,​​​ thereby reducing turnaround time.
  4. OCC Staff and Dispatchers: AvioBook Base Application: 
    For airline operation centres, OCC staff and dispatchers you will see a demo of AvioBook Base, a powerful web-based solution allowing users to create, enrich and manage the Electronic Flight Folder (EFF). It also allows users to manage and monitor all data going to the pilot’s EFBs or cabin and ground crew devices and integrates with your airline’s back-office systems.
  5. Real-Time Airline Communication Platform – AvioBook Connect:
    As you have seen, each stakeholder has their own dedicated solution that allows them to have access to the most relevant up-to-date information for their daily tasks. And to enable them to communicate with each other, you will next see a demo of AvioBook Connect: a communications platform to connect all stakeholders (flight crew, dispatch, maintenance operators, OCC, and others) and share key information for each specific flight in real-time, in an integrated and secure way either using a BYOD chat-like App on smartphones or via a web-app.
  6. On-Board Connectivity and Flight Data Solution: AvioCast:
    Finally, the AvioBook experts will introduce you to the new AvioCast solution, the all-in-one QAR, WAP, AID device which provides airlines and aircraft operators with connectivity on-board and extracts value from the recorded flight data.

About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues.
