Advanced features you will see include automated document audits to pick up any discrepancies in documentation, so teams can fix them instantly ensuring there is no delay when it comes to prepping for mid-term inspections or aircraft redelivery; plus, how to create digital portfolios for each aircraft in the fleet using real-time technical records data. You will also see how the platform is scalable to match each companies’ requirements, so users can select whether, initially, they simply want to scan, store and search records, or are looking for more comprehensive asset management with advanced financial management features.
Next, the flydocs team will walk you through a demo of LAM. You will see how the solution takes lease conditions and technical documents and compares them against live engineering data to create digital comparisons, dashboards, and reports. The demo will show how LAM can support users in optimizing asset management and maintenance costs to ensure they meet end of lease requirements; plus, a look at financials – for example, how LAM manages financial exposure and maintenance reserves with both real-time tracking and forecasts/scenario modelling to support agile decision making. Advanced features you will see include the component and major assembly tracker, which along with recommendations on swapping parts and components, helps to improve asset utilization and availability, while ensuring aircraft are not returned with brand new or young parts.
Finally, in this packed Webinar, you’ll be taken on a whistle-stop overview of how flydocs’ team of engineering experts can support airlines, operators, MROs, and Lessors with a huge range of technical projects, covering the aircraft’s service lifecycle, from induction into the fleet, through technical operations and maintenance, all the way to phase out. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.
Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues.
