Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 14th October 2021) and join the digital aviation maintenance specialists at Rusada as they demo the latest features and functionality that airlines, aircraft operators and MRO facilities should expect from their aircraft maintenance solutions in 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the need for streamlined digital aircraft maintenance processes leading to increased agility and flexibility, allowing users to achieve more with less resources, automating previously labor-intensive tasks, and providing company-wide visibility. As you will see, over the past 12 months Rusada has analized some of the most used day-to-day processes in their popular ENVISION solution (as used by over 100 airlines, MROs and MRO facilities worldwide), and used the latest technologies and UI techniques to optimize common daily tasks for 2022. During the Webinar Rusada experts will demo some key new features and developments, as well as showing how they have rebuilt and reconfigured user processes and data integration to make them faster and easier to use, including: aircraft serviceability dashboards and fleet status; aircraft electronic techlogs (ETL / ELB); user-customized dashboards; maintenance workpacks and capacity planning; and integrated flight operations data.
The Webinar will begin with a tour of the popular ENVISION maintenance management solution and its different modules, Apps, and functionality, before Rusada experts outline current industry challenges with the need to digitize and improve processes. Then, using ENVISION demos, you will see how the latest technology developments and UI upgrades provide users with a maintenance system to meet the challenges of 2022.
The ENVISION demos will focus on the following key areas and developments:
- Demo 1: Navigation and Accessibility
First you will see the improvements made to the user-customized dashboards, one search feature and quick links. As you will see, this allows the user to gain quick insight into the status of their key tasks, to quickly navigate around the solution, and immediately find the information they need to carry out their tasks, without scrolling through lots of irrelevant information or data.
- Demo 2: Fleet Overview and Management
Next you will see the upgraded aircraft serviceability dashboards where users can instantly see their fleet status and key upcoming events, as well as undertake key actions. As you will see, the user can easily access all pertinent information associated with that aircraft, including the current serviceability, current physical configuration, recent journeys/technical logs, defects, structural damage records, maintenance task status and AD/SB/EO status.
- Demo 3: Aircraft Electronic Techlogs (ETL / ELB)
Next you will see the completely reconfigured techlog management screen, so that the creation and updating of records is simpler and quicker. Users can also instantly see the airworthiness status of each aircraft in the fleet. As you will see, Aircraft Techlogs are the primary source for technical and operational data for each flight. Users can record defects and malfunctions, block times and fuel consumption. They can also add information on maintenance carried out on the aircraft between scheduled base maintenance visits. These records can either be created in the system, or imported from an eTechlog solution and then managed.
- Demo 4: 3rd Party Contract Management
Next you will see the updates specifically generated for 3rd party maintenance providers to more efficiently manage their customer contracts, quotes and estimates, providing more useful data and visibility on-screen to aid the process.
- Demo 5: Maintenance Workpacks and Capacity Planning
Next you will see the enhanced planning boards for base maintenance workpacks and hangar capacity, so that users can easily see the timings and statuses of ongoing and planned work including task cards. Capacityenables users to view hangar-based capacities and perform ‘what-if’ capacity scenario planning. This maximizes efficiency across all resources based on combinations of shifts, skills, qualifications, and availability.
- Demo 6: Integrating Flight Ops & Maintenance
Finally you will see the various upgrades and tweaks across the system that take advantage of the integrated ENVISION Flight Ops solution. These provide more visibility to teams on both sides and ensure less conflicts when planning, including: flight scheduling, day of operations board, delay analysis, tail assignment and more.
The Webinar will close with a Q&A session with the Rusada digital maintenance experts.
About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:
Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.
The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.
Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of Flight Operations software demonstrations from the World’s leading Flight Operations IT Vendors.
