Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 3rd October 2025) to explore how digitalization, automation, and the latest technologies, such as AI, are transforming aviation document management (manuals, documents, compliance monitoring) via a demo of the popular all-in-one digital document management system from Web Manuals. As you will see, Web Manuals is used by over 670 airlines, operators, MROs, OEMs, and others to bring their entire company-wide documentation and manuals (Flight Ops, M&E, etc) into one system for authoring, management, distribution, and compliance monitoring. During the Webinar, you will be taken on a demo tour of the different modules within Web Manuals, showcasing how the solution handles the increasing complexity of aircraft documentation, provides the tools for users to stay ahead with compliance and digital transformation, and seamlessly distributes the right content to the right people. The demo will show advanced features that save users up to 80% of their time when editing documents and creating new revisions, doing this by utilizing smart modules, with tools such as auto-generating lists of effective pages, mirrored content across documents, compliance libraries, EFB Reader App, and lots more.
You will also see how, through adopting new technology and features, the Web Manuals’ product is evolving to meet the pressing needs of the aviation industry and an ever-changing regulatory landscape. You will get a first look of Web Manuals Amelia AI, a ground-breaking artificial intelligence-enhanced search function, pioneering the use of AI for pilots’ manuals. The AI-powered search tool provides descriptive answers from within the manuals, helping crew to quickly make safe and well-informed decisions while avoiding costly diversions and delays. You will also see some key developments due for release shortly, such as an OEM Reader to easily add Boeing and Embraer documents, MEL Builder, Media Library, and more.
Register now and be ready for the future of aviation documentation!
The Web Manuals Systems Demos are divided into 4 key sections:
- Demo 1: Handling the Increasing Complexity of Aircraft Documentation:
First, you will learn how the Web Manuals system helps companies manage large volumes of documentation and handle document version control. Key features you will see include:
– List of Effective Pages (LEP): The module automatically creates a detailed overview of all revisions and the pages they apply to.
– Content Mirroring: A module that can mirror content from a different page or even a page in another manual. When the content is changed in the original manual, it changes in the module as well.
– Abbreviations: show one or more definitions of the abbreviations on mouseover.
– Table of contents: convert your existing table of contents into an interactive module that will automatically update and reflect the changes in the structure of the manual. You can also customize how you will display the content.
- Demo 2: Stay ahead of Compliance and Digital Transformation:
Next you will discover how the Web Manuals tool is transforming regulatory compliance into a streamlined process with smart and digital compliance monitoring. Key features you will see include:
– Compliance Libraries: see how to connect manuals directly to the standards to keep track of regulatory compliance. Find the EASA regulations including Information Security; IOSA Standards; FAA regulations; Transport Canada, and many more. Also, discover the most recently added regulations, such as Papua New Guinea, Azerbaijan Air Operations library, and OTAR.
– Receive Alerts: Get alerts when there is a change in the compliance library and let the system show you what needs to be amended in the new revision.
– Full Traceability: Everything is automatically logged, stored, and communicated to ensure full traceability of compliance monitoring for aviation.
- Demo 3: Ensuring Seamless Distribution and AI Driven Search Features:
Next you will explore the new way to distribute aviation manuals instantly with role-based permissions, easy navigation between changes, and full control of the documentation process. Also, you will see the Reader App, usable as an EFB Type B, easing document management and personalization of annotations:
– Reader App (usable as an EFB type B): A demo of the powerful Reader App used to view content or initiate and approve change requests. You will see how to access operationally critical documents anytime, anywhere and how to distribute manuals instantly, make sure all devices are up to date and find reliable information fast.
– Web Manuals Amelia AI: Web Manuals’ ground-breaking artificial intelligence-enhanced search, pioneering the use of AI for pilots’ manuals. The AI-powered search tool provides descriptive answers from within the manuals, helping crew quickly make safe and well-informed decisions while avoiding costly diversions and delays.
- Demo 4: First look at upcoming Features and Latest Developments:
Finally, you will also see how the Web Manuals’ product is evolving to meet the pressing needs of the aviation industry and an ever-changing regulatory landscape, through adopting new technology and features. Key developments due for release shortly that you will see include:
– OEM Reader: easily add documents for Embraer and Boeing types.
– MEL builder: possibility to tailor your own MEL table.
– PDF Reader: The PDF Reader offers straightforward navigation both in Reader and Admin Mode, providing the same intuitive experience as our Web Documents. This version supports security settings of password-protected PDF files; the pre-existing links within PDF files will remain fully functional in Web Manuals; fillable PDF forms are now integrated into the system; and reviewers can leave comments, highlight content and create annotations.
– Media Library: This is an image repository that allows you to identify where the images are stored and the documents in which they can be found.
About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:
Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.
The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.
Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of Flight Operations software demonstrations from the World’s leading Flight Operations IT Vendors.
