Register to attend this Webinar to see a full overview and system demo of Logipad 2nd Generation – an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) App and digital flight process automation and optimization solution designed to make flight management simple, fast and smart for pilots, flight crew, dispatch / Flight Ops, and maintenance crews alike. During the Webinar, DextraData EFB experts will walk you through Logipad’s key features and workflow for a typical flight (as used by airlines and operators of all sizes worldwide, including Virgin Atlantic, Jet Aviation, AeroLogic, Ethiopian Airlines, SilkwayWest and more), including how Flight Ops / dispatch seamlessly maintains and updates briefing packages, key documents, manuals, data charts and Apps on all EFB devices (iOS, Android and Windows) for each specific flight; you will also see new developments such as Flight Manager, and how that feature supports dispatchers in planning flights, assigning briefing packages and viewing status information for each flight.
During the demo you will also learn about Logipads key features and functions such as the device-to-device Communication which allows briefing data to be seamlessly exchanged in real-time between pilots’ devices before and during flight (even without internet and if the devices use different operating systems such as iOS and Windows) plus how to create and customize online forms using the eForms Module and eFormGenerator. In addition, you will see how Logipad offers a comprehensive backend system and how it operates as a data interface between other systems and orchestrates the data flow. For example, how Logipad fully integrates with and shares data with other key third-party Apps such as Lido mPilot and Boeing OPT, how pilots quickly find docs and manuals, and how the solution works fully offline during flight, before synching with and sending saved data to the ground when connectivity is again available.
During the Webinar you will learn what makes Logipad a comprehensive EFB solution that goes beyond being an application running on a single device. You will see how the solution optimizes processes and thus the communication between crew and ground staff, plus learn how it enables airlines and operators to save time and money, while reducing the potential for mistakes.
The Webinar is divided into the following three key sections: Before, during and after the flight.
- Logipad EFB Demo 1: Before the Flight – Flight Ops Admin and Pilot Apps:
First you will see the workflow of Logipad for pilots and ground staff before take-off, including the key functionalities and modules that Logipad combines in one app. You will see how Logipad integrates into existing EFB and Flight Ops infrastructures, seamlessly exchanges documents and data, and how pilots synchronize their EFB devices to ensure they have all the key info for each specific flight. You will also learn how Logipad supports pilots, crew and ground staff with briefing and documentation procedures. For example, you will see how the Logipad Flight Manager supports Flight Operations personnel in planning flights and publishing and modifying briefing packages..
- Logipad EFB Demo 2: During the Flight – Pilots and Flight Crew Apps:
Next you will see Logipad for pilots and crew when they are up in the air. You will see the system functionality when no Wi-Fi is available, and a demo of how to report damaged inventory. Also, you will see Logipad’s eForms and eFormGenerator plus how, using the Logipad eFormGenerator, online forms can be intuitively created and adapted via drag and drop. You will also see what functionality and advantage the integration of the QR-Code Scanner brings. Additionally, you will see a demo of the seamless device-to-device communication and data exchange between pilots’ EFBs, even if no internet connection is available and the pilots are using different operating systems, such as Windows, Android, and iOS.
- Logipad EFB Demo 3: After the Flight – Pilot Apps, Maintenance Crews, Flight Ops Admin
Finally you will see the functionality of Logipad for pilots, crew and ground staff when they are back on the ground. You will see how Logipad sends recorded flight information directly to Flight Ops and how it can be used by maintenance crew to record outside damages. Additionally, you will learn how the Flight Manager supports Flight Ops with checking the flight data.
