Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 4th August 2022) for a full in-depth demo of the innovative Electronic Tech Log (ETL/ELB) solution from TrustFlight, as used by airlines and operators all over the world and built using the latest UI/UX concepts and system integrations. During the Webinar, experts from TrustFlight will provide a comprehensive demo of the solution following a typical flight and including the recording of operational data by crew followed by entry of defects and discrepancies on the aircraft. You will see how the solution fully replaces the costly traditional paper technical logbook and provides advanced features such as intelligent validation – to catch mistakes before records are completed; intuitive defect recording; automation of repetitive data entry; real-time fleet status dashboard for a live clear overview of aircraft maintenance status and utilisation; offline capabilities; digital MEL Management; electronic maintenance sign-offs; and lots more. You will also see how the solution can be integrated with existing scheduling and maintenance systems, plus you will learn about the implementation process and how to gain regulatory approval. You will get the chance to ask questions throughout the webinar as well as getting them answered during the closing Q&A session with the TrustFlight team.
Tip: Stick around until the end of the Webinar, for a special bonus regarding free consulting for your electronic tech log!
The webinar is divided into three key sections:
- Introduction to TrustFlight and to the TrustFlight Tech Log Technology
The webinar will begin with an overview of today’s aviation environment and TrustFlight’s digital philosophy to help airlines and operators tackle their main challenges. You will then be briefly introduced to TrustFlight’s suite of digital solutions (including: Digital Aviation Records, Electronic Task Cards, Digital Engine Log, MEL Manager, and more), before learning more about the TrustFlight Tech Log. As you will see, each service is built using the latest technology and innovations ensuring future-proofed and scalable operations.
- TrustFlight Tech Log Demo: Pilot and Maintenance Walkthrough for Typical Flight
Next, you will see a full ETL / ELB demo which will showcase the main functionalities of the system by taking you on a walkthrough of a typical flight using the iPad app. This demo will include the recording of operational data by crew, followed by the entry of defects and discrepancies on the aircraft, and the event of loss of network. You will then be presented with the key maintenance procedures within the system including deferring defects and the creation of maintenance releases for scheduled and unscheduled items with a description of system integrations available (maintenance and scheduling). Finally, you will discover the web dashboard, and how the system is administered, including the new MEL management module and reporting capabilities.
- ETL / ELB Business Benefits, System Implementation, and Regulatory Approval
The last section of this presentation will summarize the business benefits of an ETL/ELB including how airlines and operators can reduce cost, reduce risk of delays, and gain valuable real-time data to save time, boost efficiency and therefore grow revenues. Finally, TrustFlight will talk through a typical implementation process covering requirements for regulatory approval and timescales for implementation of the solution.
