Register to view this on-demand webinar (recorded 31st October 2024) and learn about the future of digital flight operations, with a first look at AvioBook Cabin, the new EFB solution for Cabin Crew.  During the webinar and using demos and overviews of their own solutions and integrations, the AvioBook team will outline how a fully integrated and interconnected EFB solution for Cabin Crew represents the next phase in a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions in digital flight operations. As you will see with an EFB for Cabin Crew, it will be possible to empower cabin crew, improving the passenger experience and ensuring smoother communication and easier workflows.

The webinar begins with an overview of the AvioBook application suite.  The team will take you through a snapshot of the integrated, modular suite of solutions: AvioBook Flight, Base, Cabin, Connect and AvioCast.  This is followed by an explanation of AvioBook’s vision for the future of smart, and integrated operations and how AvioBook Cabin fits into that vision.

From there the team will take you through a typical flight for cabin crew with AvioBook Cabin and how a simple, intuitive solution is able to streamline workflows ensuring that all the right information is available at the right time, including for pre-flight: access to the briefing module for flight schedules, airport info, and digital documents; in-flight: for advanced passenger information; post-flight: to easily complete standard procedures with smart digital tools.

The webinar is divided into the following key sections:

  1. The AvioBook Vision for the future of connected operations.
    Based on market insights, AvioBook outlines the guiding principles for the development of its suite of solutions that will ensure it is not only able to solve the challenges airlines are facing today but be prepared for the future.

  2. An overview of the AvioBook Application Suite (EFB, In-Flight Connectivity, etc.)
    The webinar begins with AvioBook experts providing a look at the status of the AvioBook suite. Solutions you will see include: AvioBook Flight – industry-leading EFB solution; AvioBook Base for OCC and dispatchers; AvioBook Cabin; and AvioBook Connect – real-time airline comms; and AvioBook AvioCast – In-Flight connectivity and real-time data solution.

  3. The Future of Digital Flight Operations in the Cabin: The Team 2.0 (Advanced Communications)
    – Digital solutions for pilots have come a long way in recent years connecting them to the rest of flight operations. However, Cabin Crew are often left behind with airline specific tools that support their operations but fail to bring them into the same digital ecosystem. AvioBook Cabin and the new Passengers module does just that. The team explains what the driving force behind this product development is and how this connects to AvioBook’s broader vision.

    – Learn more about the research centric approach to product development and how that led to the creation of AvioBook Passengers.

    – Get an overview of how Cabin Passengers is organized with sub-modules that enable easy access, filter and interaction with key passenger data for an improved cabin crew workflow and overall passenger experience.

    – Get a glimpse of the future of the product and where the Passengers module and AvioBook Cabin is heading as part of an integrated suite of solutions.

  4. The team presents a typical flight for cabin crew and how AvioBook can support them in both standard and nonstandard operations.
    – Pre-Flight: Cabin crew get early access to key flight information in the briefing module. They can properly prepare for the flight schedule ahead, referring to airport information and a full library of digital documents.

    – In Flight: Easy access to Passenger information that can be filtered by SSRs ensures an improved service. Knowledge of where passengers are coming from and heading to ensure cabin crew can better support their journeys and when issues arise, they are able to respond appropriately swapping seats and completing forms.

    – Post-Flight: Standard procedures are made easy thanks to smart digital tools.

  5. Conclusion and Q&A session
    Bringing all these connected and dependent elements together, the AvioBook team will outline how together, they will lead to the future of digital flight operations and the future of flying.  Finally, a Q&A session with Jo This (Product Owner) and Stephen Butler (Marketing & Communications Manager). The webinar will close with your opportunity to ask questions about AvioBook’s vision for the future.
