The Webinar is divided into three key sections:

  • Intro to IFS and IFS Cloud for Aviation Maintenance, plus the importance of Data Quality

The Webinar begins with an introduction to IFS and the core of IFS Cloud for Aviation Maintenance. We will take a deeper dive into the IFS Cloud for Aviation Maintenance Solution, revealing how its foundation in baseline data powers impactful business solutions. You will see how IFS Cloud for Aviation Maintenance streamlines compliance control in real-time, eliminating layers of data entry, audits and re-audits for aircraft data, ensuring precision and compliance in decision-making.

Next, the IFS team Explore the challenges that MRO maintenance and engineering organizations face in today’s industry landscape. Learn how IFS Cloud for Aviation Maintenance ensures data accuracy for MROs, airlines, and operators with cutting-edge tools to automate accurate data processing. You will experience firsthand how IFS Cloud for Aviation Maintenance extracts and presents crucial information in real-time, revolutionizing the way data is managed and utilized in the aviation industry.

  • IFS Cloud Demo 1: Ensuring Data Integrity – Spare Parts Replacements

The first demo will present the intricacies of part replacements by analyzing predefined rules governing part compatibilities and applicabilities. The demo will show the execution of a part removal under various conditions: instances where the serial number is unknown, where the known serial number doesn’t correspond to the expected position, and when correct parts are targeted. The system will guide users into a continuous data cleansing journey, tracking all historical data and transactions of each part, even after serial number updates. You will see the system’s capability to update a single component, thereby synchronizing the entire aircraft’s as-maintained configuration, resulting in enhanced efficiency, and streamlined maintenance operations.

Following this, you will see the installation phase, where the system meticulously handles a scenario involving parts that are not approved for the specific aircraft, ensuring that only authorized parts are installed on the aircraft. Each step underscores the system’s commitment to maintaining a faultless dataset, ensuring that only clean and accurate data informs every transaction.

  • IFS Cloud Demo 2: Streamlining Data Access – Dynamic Dashboards, Lobbies

The second demo will outline the dynamic dashboards that have revolutionized data access and visualization using the IFS Reporting and Analytics platform. Dashboards you will see include Maintenance Control Center, Line Maintenance Planning and Work Packages, each dashboard showing, in real-time, all maintenance activities and allowing the user to drill down deeper into the full system for details regarding each maintenance transaction. By viewing the reliability lobbies, the demo will show the ease and clarity of data interpretation and navigation through compliance reporting functionalities, ideal for modeling regulatory requirements, maintenance programs, and more. You will learn more about the performance reporting tools, leveraging transactional data to conduct thorough analytics, and generate comprehensive reports and dynamic dashboards. You will see the Power BI tools embedded in the lobbies as they enhance the viewing capabilities, empowering users with actionable intelligence at their fingertips.
